Armour Crete is a concrete sealing and foundation waterproofing business based in St. George, Utah. This policy covers the website at www.armour-crete.com. When it says "we" or "us", it means Armour Crete.

The assessment request form asks for your name, phone, email, the type of property, the surface, an address or area, and anything else you want to tell us. The contractor enquiry form asks for your company, name, phone, email, trade, the scope and volume of work, where it is, and your notes.

We use those details to reply, arrange a visit and quote the work. Nothing else. If a form fails to send, your own email app opens with the message filled in, and nothing leaves your device until you press send.

Google Analytics counts visits: which pages are viewed, how you arrived (a search, a link, typing the address), your approximate location worked out from your IP address, and your device, browser and screen size. It sets two cookies, _ga and _ga_MYHF4YMJ3Y, so a returning visitor can be told apart from a new one. We read the reports to see which pages are useful. We do not use them to work out who you are.

Our host keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser, the page requested and the time) to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

A few outside services do part of the work, and each has its own privacy policy:

• Vercel hosts the website. Vercel's privacy notice
• Google Analytics (Google LLC) measures visits. How Google uses this data
• Google Fonts (Google LLC) serves the typefaces. Your browser fetches them from Google, which sees your IP address.
• FormSubmit receives form submissions and forwards them to our inbox. FormSubmit's privacy policy
• Google Workspace (Google LLC) runs our email, which is where form submissions and anything you email us are kept. Google's privacy policy

The only cookies on this site are the two Google Analytics cookies above. There are no advertising cookies and no tracking pixels. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings, or install Google's Analytics opt-out add-on. The site works the same either way.

We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not hand it to anyone for their own marketing. Sending an enquiry does not put you on a mailing list.

Enquiries and emails stay in our inbox while they are useful for the job and our records: quotes, scheduling, invoices and questions about work we did. Google Analytics keeps visit data for the limited period set in our account, after which Google deletes it.

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email evans@armour-crete.com or call 435·994·5235. We will do it, unless we have to keep a record of work we did for you (an invoice, for example).

This site is for homeowners and businesses. It is not aimed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
