Your sealing sub,
not your problem.

Builders, GCs, pool and landscape contractors, HOAs and municipalities — we handle the sealing and waterproofing scope so it comes off your punch list instead of onto it. Based in St. George, working across Washington County.

Why sub it out

A scope that
bites back.

Sealing looks like the easy line item until it fails. Sealer over a slab that has not given up its moisture clouds and peels. Product on a pool deck that is not rated for salt turns chalky in two summers. A membrane rushed in ahead of backfill gets buried before it has cured, and nobody finds out for three years.

Every one of those comes back to the builder, not the sub. We would rather tell you the slab is not ready than put something down to hold a date — and we will say so in writing, so the delay is documented as ours and not a surprise on your schedule.

We use Deco products exclusively and hold the certification for the applicator-restricted foundation line. Same crew every time, licensed and insured, with the documentation your office needs on request.

Who we work with

Five kinds of
trade partner.

  1. 01

    General contractors & home builders

Foundation waterproofing and damp proofing between pour and backfill, plus flatwork sealing once the slab has cured. Scheduled to your calendar, held when the pour date moves.

  2. 02

    Pool builders

Salt Shield 303 on decks and surrounds before handover. Penetrating, dries clear, and the manufacturer states it does not change the skid resistance of the surface.

  3. 03

    Landscape & hardscape

Pavers, travertine and natural stone sealed with SilaCast BES or TravaCast — the finish that makes the installation photograph the way the client imagined it.

  4. 04

    HOA & property management

Common-area flatwork, expansion joints and asphalt on a maintenance cycle rather than a callout. Bid from a walk, scoped in writing.

  5. 05

    Commercial & municipal

Parking structures, walkways, pads and public flatwork. Chloride and deicing-salt protection where the surface takes real traffic.

How it runs

Boring, on
purpose.

  • Site walk and a written scope — what goes down, where, and on which surfaces
  • Bid against that scope, not a square-foot guess over the phone
  • Scheduled to your calendar; we hold the slot when the date moves
  • Certificate of insurance and licence details to your office on request
  • One crew, one contact, from first walk to sign-off
  • Repeat-builder terms discussed at the first job rather than the tenth
