Concrete sealing
in Washington City.

Washington is growing faster than almost anywhere in the county, and every one of those new driveways, patios and pool decks is starting the same clock against the same desert. We are based next door in St. George — close enough that the free assessment is genuinely free.

Services in Washington, UT

Everything we do,
done here.

From Coral Canyon to Green Springs to the older streets near the fields, the work is the same four steps: clean, dry, seal, cure — with prep first when the surface needs it, and a named Deco product matched to the exposure rather than whatever was on the truck.

Why here, why now

New concrete is the
best time to seal.

A lot of Washington's concrete is young, and young concrete has a window: once it has fully cured and given up its moisture, sealing it protects a surface that has not yet taken damage — which beats restoring one that has. The desert does not wait long. Hundred-degree summer slabs, winter nights below freezing, salt pools and softener discharge all start working on an unsealed surface from year one.

If your build is recent, the assessment tells you whether the slab is ready yet. If your street is one of the older ones, it tells you what prep comes first. Either way it costs nothing and commits you to nothing.

Washington questions

Asked in
Washington.

Do you charge to come out to Washington?

No. The on-site assessment is free everywhere we work, and Washington is a few minutes from our base in St. George.

Our subdivision is brand new. When can our driveway be sealed?

Once the concrete has fully cured and given up its moisture — sealing too early is how finishes fail. Tell us the pour date and we will schedule it properly.

Do you work with HOAs here?

Yes — common-area flatwork, joint work and sealing, bid from a site visit with a scope document that says exactly what goes down and where.
