Driveways and patios get the penetrating-sealer treatment; pool decks get the salt-specific product; garage floors that hold vehicles, tools and toys get sealed so they wipe down instead of staining. Hurricane also has more asphalt drives and lanes than most of the county, and ours is the no-tar way to bring those back.
The local physics

Out here the sun does most of the damage and the winter nights finish it. An exposed slab swings through more than a hundred degrees across the year; the movement opens hairline cracks, water and salt follow them in, and freeze–thaw plus salt crystallisation break the surface from the inside. Unsealed concrete in full exposure simply runs that cycle faster than concrete that gets any shade at all.
A penetrating sealer keeps the pore network from staying saturated — which is the whole game. Prep first where the surface needs it, joints re-filled where they have failed, and the right product for the exposure rather than one product for everything.

Yes. We are based in St. George and Hurricane is squarely inside our home patch — the visit is free and carries no obligation.
Can you do the pool deck and the driveway in one job?
That is the usual arrangement. They take different products — the deck gets the salt-specific sealer, the driveway the clear penetrating one — but one visit, one scope, one cure day.
How long is the surface out of action?
Twenty-four hours for concrete. Asphalt dries faster, and we give you the exact window when we see the surface.
