In Kayenta and the newer custom builds around Ivins, the brief is usually the same: protect the surface without announcing it. The clear penetrating sealer dries one hundred percent transparent — no film, no sheen, no sign it is there. Where a surface is meant to read richer, enhancement from within deepens the material's own colour without laying plastic over it. And travertine or stone around a pool gets its own product, because stone stains in ways that do not come back out.
Red rock, red dust
The desert is the view.
It is also the problem.
The same exposure that makes Ivins worth building in works on the concrete every day: hard UV, hundred-degree seasonal swings, winter nights below freezing, and the iron-red dust that finds its way into every open pore. A sealed surface gives the dust nowhere to lodge and the water nowhere to sit — the slab rinses clean instead of staining, and the freeze–thaw cycle is starved of the moisture it needs.
On architectural concrete the prep matters as much as the product: cracks corrected, joints re-filled cleanly, and the sealer applied in the early morning before the slab takes on heat, because a flash-dried finish streaks — and on a surface this visible, streaks are the whole story.

Will sealing change how our concrete looks?
Only if you choose that. The clear penetrating sealer is fully transparent; enhancement and wet-look finishes deliberately deepen colour. We show you both on your own surface before anything is committed to.
Can you work around landscaping and finished surfaces?
Yes — the products are water-based and solvent-free, and the application is controlled. Protecting what is next to the concrete is part of the job, not an extra.
How long is the surface out of use?
Twenty-four hours before you walk or drive on it. One day, told to you straight, so nobody finds out on the way to dinner.
